Concrete Leveling In Coastal Virginia

Our biggest market for concrete leveling is the Southside cities of Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Portsmouth. It’s no surprise why this is the case, either- with such close proximity to water, the soil is sandy and at risk of shuffling. When soil moves under the concrete, the concrete will begin to settle or sink. Since Jackcrete’s founding, Virginia Beach has been the largest user of our concrete leveling services, with Chesapeake and Norfolk close behind. Garage lifting, sidewalk lifting, and driveway lifting are very common, though pool deck leveling is by far the most common service we offer to cities on the Southside.

How Often Does Jackcrete Visit?

Simply put, we are always in your neck of the woods. With such close proximity to our headquarters in Hampton and a constant stream of estimate requests, we likely visit Virginia Beach every other day and make it to Chesapeake, Portsmouth, and Suffolk one or two times per week. Our Solution Specialists are able to meet between 10:00am and 3:00pm every weekday, with special earlier or later availability by request. If you’d like to meet in the early morning or after 3:00pm, it may be a week or two wait time before we can squeeze you in.

Our Work by the Numbers

To say we have experience on the Southside would be an understatement. We have completed over 1,200 concrete leveling projects, saving our customers upwards of $850,000 compared to the cost of replacement. In Virginia Beach alone we have 320 pool deck leveling projects under our belt, and in Chesapeake we have corrected 190 driveways. In an area where concrete settlement is a part of everyday life, Jackcrete strives to offer a more affordable, less intrusive option to concrete replacement.
